    Offices available for one year leases offer 24/7 access, use of group workshop space on evenings and weekends, and access to the content studio once constructed.

    Want to come in regularly one day a week? Only need an office on Mondays? We have fully-furnished offices available for 6-month to one-year leases for one or multiple days a week.

  • Coworking

    Affordable co-working is available 9-5 M-F. Members must be approved and only a few spots will be open each day to be sure that there’s plenty of room for everyone.

Features

Luxe Lobby

Visitors who come to the Asterisk first enter our colorful and welcoming lobby, with a modern luxe furniture, lush green plants and big windows that bring in a lot of natural light. As clients wait to see you they can grab a book from the shelf, contribute to a group project, or just relax in a cozy chair.

Get Outside

We’re steps away from a rail trail, a great option to get your body moving or to go exploring on breaks. We plan to have garden space for those who like to touch soil, and eventually deck space for working and lounging outside or for hosting events.

Security

We want to make sure everyone feels safe and secure working at the Asterisk. We have keyless entry with remote locks, so doors are open during daytime hours and locked in the evening. Do you work evenings with clients? With remote lock access and a door camera, you can see who’s at the front door and unlock it all without leaving your desk.

Common Space

We renovated to increase commons space to serve many different functions for our community. The Both/And room features a large room for low-cost coworking during weekdays and event, workshop and group space for the evenings and weekends. We also have a lounge with plenty of books and comfy chairs, a kitchenette and free coffee and tea and a dining table for those who are tired of eating lunch over their keyboards.

Coworking

We are building an intentional community of coworkers who share in our vision for a caring and liberated world. Once approved, coworking members have no long-term commitment or monthly fees. You can choose to be a monthly subscriber with unlimited access during open hours, or just pay-as-you-go. Work from the shared tables or standing desks in the Both/And Room, grab a coffee or make lunch in the kitchen, have a snack at the dining table, relax in the lounge or have a private conversation in the meeting room. We aim to be a community-supported affordable option, with low daily rates and an optional monthly subscription.

Workshops and Groups

The Both/And room is a communal room available for events, workshops, meetings, group facilitation, gatherings and presentations. It is available for Asterisk members and community folk, and full-time tenants get a free rental each month!

Asterisk Events

We host events that bring our community together, encourage cross collaboration and skill sharing, and to build relationships that create innovative and resilient work. Dialogues, activities, panels and more—we want to you to share with us and for us to share with you!
